This optional workshop is held the day before the main conference and requires separate registration. This Level 1 course offers a well-rounded introduction to wine, focusing on wine tasting technique, major wines of the world, and food and wine pairing principles. You must be at least 21 years of age by the time of your course start date. The course fee includes all wines to be tasted, study materials, administration and exam fees.
